Tuscan Pesto and White Bean Hummus Naan Pizza

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 to 15 minutes


1 (7.05-oz.) package Stonefire Tandoor Baked Mini Naan

1/4 cup pesto sauce

1/3 cup hummus

1/4 cup torn pieces fresh mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomato

Snipped fresh basil leaves

Grill naan bread over medium heat until the tops are lightly browned. Remove from grill and spread equal amounts pesto and hummus over the top of each. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato and grill over indirect or very low heat until cheese is melted and bread is crispy on the bottom. Sprinkle with basil. Makes 4 main dish or 8 appetizer servings.
