Styling for print, brochures, POP and other collateral materials, product labels, promotional materials, public relations/advertising/media campaigns, and including television commercials and demos. Services include prop styling.
Recipe Development
With more than a pinch of passion and a big dollop of imagination, Patty has developed thousands of recipes. She served as Food Editor of a popular quarterly supermarket food magazine for over a decade. During that time she was responsible for creating most of the recipe content featured in the magazine and many issues featured her recipes exclusively. Patty's client list includes some of the top food companies such as Blue Diamond, Kikkoman, Chobani Yogurt, and many commodity boards.
She prides herself on creating consumer-friendly recipes that allow even novice cooks to enjoy success in the kitchen.
And yes, she’s even ghostwritten some celebrity recipes for. . . we can’t tell you. . . that’s why it’s called ghostwriting!

Product Spokesperson
During the course of her career spent posing food for the camera, it was only natural that she would eventually step in front of the camera and show the dishes she so passionately creates.
Patty estimates that she has appeared on television doing cooking segments on behalf of food company clients over 100 times. Her home base is Northern California and much of her television work is centered in the rich agribusiness region of the Sacramento Valley (ranked 19th largest media market) and surrounding NorCal markets. She does make appearances in other markets on behalf of sponsors and she’s even done live demos at Disney World as a corporate representative.

kitchen Rental
With an oversized, two-level kitchen, upgraded appliances, gorgeous lighting, and high-end finishes, Patty is proud to rent out her amazing kitchen. There is space for video and photoshoots. The kitchen also features two islands, a prep area, generous refrigeration, a fireplace, and enough space to allow for an assistant during extensive photoshoots.
Prop Rental
Patty's collection of props are one-of-a-kind, frequently gathered from food trips around the world, and helps tell the story of the creation of the dishes. Her extensive collection of props are available to rent for your presentation, video, or photoshoot. Prop styling is provided as part of her range of services.
