Naan Ham and Cheese Pizza

This is a fun take on a traditional German pizza recipe. Yogurt gives it creaminess and the cheese and ham give it a nice smokey nutty flavor. 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 12 to 15 minutes  

2 full size Stonefire Naan Bread (preferably wheat)

1/2 cup Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt

2/3 cup shredded Gouda, Gruyere, Edam or Emmenthaler cheese*

1/2 cup thin sliced deli ham, coarsely chopped

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Real bacon bits (optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place naan bread pieces on baking sheet and spread with yogurt. Sprinkle with cheese then top with ham, onion and bacon bits if desired. Cook for 12  to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.
