Naan Asparagus Pizza

1 package naan bread
4 oz. Brie cheese
1/4 cup very thinly sliced and coarsely chopped fresh fennel
1/2 small red onion, very thinly sliced
12 stalks thin asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 strips cooked, crisp bacon, coarsely broken
2 cups baby arugula
1/2 each: tablespoon balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place naan bread on baking sheet. Slice Brie and place on naan bread. Place fennel and onion over cheese, then top with asparagus and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Toss arugula with vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over pizzas. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
