Cheesy Pickled Gouda Dogs

Diced Beemster Gouda is the perfect base for this simple hot dog topper!

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

 

2/3 cup small cubes Beemster Gouda Cheese

1/4 cup chopped dill pickle

1/4 cup minced red onion

2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

 

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve over hot dogs.
