Macaroni and Cheese Soup

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup flour
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded smoked Cheddar or Gouda cheese
1 1/4 cups small elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add celery and cook for 5 minutes more. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in broth a little at a time, then add Breeze and mustard. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese a little at a time cooking until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni and cook for 10 minutes more. Soup will thicken as it stands. This with additional milk if needed. Makes 8 servings.
