Smokey Artichoke Olive and Garlic Pizza Puff

1 sheet frozen, thawed puff pastry
1/2 of a (6.5-oz.) container soft garlic and herb cheese
3/4 cup smoked Gouda or smoked mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup sliced artichoke hearts
1/2 cup thinly sliced precooked artichoke chicken sausage
1/3 cup sautéed or caramelized onions
1/3 cup small cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives, quartered
Grated fresh Parmesan and snipped fresh basil (optional toppings)
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unfold pastry and place on parchment; press to make slightly larger. Fold edges in 1/4-inch on all sides, then repeat to make a small rim. Spread Alouette cheese over the pastry and top with smoked cheese, artichoke hearts, sausage, onions tomatoes and olives. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool slightly before cutting. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil. Makes 6 lunch size servings or 12 appetizer servings.
