Yogurt Almond Brownies
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons almond or vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup lightly packed almond flour
Sliced almonds (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat. Stir in yogurt, sugar and extract; set aside to cool. Add eggs and beat well to incorporate. Stir in almond flour until no lumps remain then stir in chocolate chips. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Makes 8 brownies. Store in a container with a loose fitting lid.
