Easy Mango Peach Camping Cobbler

Cook time: 10 minutes  


1 (13-oz.) jar Bon Maman Mango Peach Preserves

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 cups frozen mango cubes

3 cups fresh peach slices

Soft lemon or sugar cookies, coarsely crumbled


Stir together preserves and cornstarch in a medium skillet or tall sided saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Stir in fruit, and sprinkle with cookies. Loosely cover pot and cook for 5 minutes more. Makes 4 to 6 servings
