Coffee Almond Bliss Balls
Prep time: 15 minutes
1 1/2 cups fine almond flour
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup quick oats
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons very finely ground vanilla coffee beans
1 teaspoon almond extract
Melted dark or milk chocolate
Place all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor and process until smooth and a dough forms. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Dip in melted chocolate, if desired. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
