Warm Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter, divided

1/4 cup flour

1 cup Chobani Oat Beverage

2/3 cup beer

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

2 teaspoons onion powder or granulated garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
