Mediterranean Basil Dip

Prep time: 10 minutes


1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon finely chopped oil packed sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar


Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
