Cilantro Lime Yogurt Dip

Serve with cut fresh veggies, tortilla chips or warmed tortilla wedges. 


Prep time: 10 minutes


1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion tops

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

3/4 teaspoon lime zest

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt


Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Makes about 1 cup.
