Grape Salsa
Prep time: 15 minutes
2 cups quartered red and green seedless grapes
1/3 cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
