Yogurt Peanut Curry Marinade

Prep time: 15 minutes

Marinade time: overnight

Cook time: 30 minutes

 

1/2 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Bamboo or metal skewers

Fresh cilantro leaves

 

Stir together yogurt, peanut butter, soy sauce, curry and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil lightly coated with cooking spray or oil. Thread chicken onto skewers and place on baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

 

Note:

Chicken may be grilled or broiled, soaking bamboo skewers in water first to avoid burning.
