Pineapple Mango Sangria
Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: Several hours
1 cup pineapple juice
1 (10-oz.) can mango nectar
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 (750 ml.) bottle fruity white wine
Lime slices and peeled pineapple and mango slices
1 1/2 cups lime flavored sparkling water
Additional fruit slices (garnish)
Stir together pineapple juice, mango nectar, lime juice, sugar and wine in a pitcher or jug until sugar has dissolved. Add fruit slices and chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, add sparkling water. Pour over ice filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit slices, if desired.
