Coconut Peach Cooler
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 ripe peach, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup vodka
Fresh peach slices
Puree peach, coconut water and vodka in a blender. Pour into 2 ice filled glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices.
