Chocolate Mocha

Prep time: 1 minute

Cook time: 30 seconds

1 cup chocolate milk, divided

1/2 to 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or

1 shot cold espresso

Microwave 1/3 cup chocolate milk for 30 seconds or until very hot in glass container.  Stir in instant espresso powder and let stand for a few minutes to dissolve. Add remaining chocolate milk. (Or mix cold milk with a shot of espresso.) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Makes 1 serving. 


Chocolate Mocha Slush

Prep time: 2 minutes

Chill time: several hours


Prepare Chocolate Mocha recipe above, doubling or tripling recipe if desired. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until firm. Place in a blender and puree until smooth and slushy.
