Yogurt Custard Toasts

Cook time: about 15 minutes

 

8 thick cut slices French or brioche bread

1 individual cup Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla Yogurt

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh blueberries or raspberries

 

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Firmly press the center of each bread slice in the center to make a well to hold the custard; place on baking sheet. Whisk together yogurt, eggs and vanilla until very smooth and spoon equal amounts into each piece of bread. Add berries and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Makes 8 toasts.
