Spicy Walnut Chocolate “Truffles”

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 3 to 5 minutes

Chill time: several hours

 

1 1/2 cups California Walnuts

1 individual cup Chobani Milk and Cookies, Boston Cream Pie, Toasted Coconut

     or Vanilla Zero Sugar Yogurt

1 bag dark chocolate chips

Unsweetened cocoa powder and cayenne pepper

 

Place walnuts in a food processor and pulse until flour-like in consistency. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in yogurt. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at  30% power or in a small bowl set over simmering water, stirring until almost completely melted. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted. Add to walnut flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for several hour or until firm. (May be prepared several days ahead.) Shape into balls and roll in cocoa powder with a large pinch of cayenne pepper.
