Mini Lemon Berry Cheesecake Tarts

Prep time: 10 minutes

1/2 cup 1/3-less fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Bonne Maman Lemon Curd

Mini fillo cups (in the freezer section)

Fresh blackberries, blueberries or raspberries


Stir together cream cheese and lemon curd in a small bowl. Spoon into a pastry bag or a small zipper seal bag with the end snipped off. Pipe into fillo cups and top each with a blackberry.
