Three Ingredient Buttermilk Biscuits

Three ingredients? That’s all you need to make these delish flakey biscuits!

 

2 cups lightly packed compete buttermilk pancake mix

1/4 cup butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1/2 cup Chobani Oat Milk (any unsweetened variety)

Melted butter (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a  medium-size baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together pancake mix and butter  with a fork or pastry blender until the butter is the size of peas. Add oat milk and stir until a dough forms. Knead very lightly on a board with additional pancake mix or flour and press into a 1/2-inch thick disc. Cut with a round cutter. Reroll scraps to make 8 biscuits. Place on baking sheet and  brush with melted butter if desired. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
