Cheddar Stuffing Cups

Prep time: 10 minutes (using prepared stuffing)

Cook time: 20 minutes

4 cups prepared stuffing (use your favorite recipe)

1 cup coarsely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 egg + 1 egg white, beaten

3 tablespoons melted Crystal Butter, divided

Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together stuffing, cheese and eggs in a large bowl. Brush 12 muffin cups with half the butter. Using your hands, pile the mixture into muffin cups, making sure to keep the surface rough. Brush lightly with remaining butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
