Charcuterie Flatbread

Pizza dough, Greek yogurt and  your favorite charcuterie ingredients make a perfect tasty flatbread!

 

1 ball pizza dough

1/2 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt

2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese*

Thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into pieces

Thinly sliced salami, halved

Slivered red onion, grated Parmesan cheese, sliced olives and chopped

      pistachios (optional toppers)

 

Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide dough into 2 pieces and roll  into 2 long ovals lightly floured board. On a Transfer to baking sheet and spread with yogurt. Sprinkle with cheese then top with meats. Add any additional toppers and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

 

*May substitute any other semi firm cheese such as Gouda, Fontina or a seasoned Jack.
