Mango Raspberry Ham Glaze

Starting with a jar of jam makes this glaze come together in no time. It’s equally good on roasted turkey or pork tenderloin.

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

 

1 (18-oz.) jar First Street or Sun Harvest Organic Raspberry Jam

3/4 cup 1/4-inch diced fresh mango

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Finely grated lemon zest

 

Simmer jam, mango and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon zest. May be prepared several days ahead and stored tightly covered in the refrigerator until ready to heat and serve.
