Blueberry Balsamic Glaze

Prep time: 10 minutes    
Cook time: about 25 minutes         
Cool time: at least 30 minutes

1 pint (2 cups) fresh blueberries                                
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar  
2 sprigs fresh rosemary                      
Baguette slices or crackers                                                                        
1 tablespoon minced sun-dried tomatoes (preferably smoked)          
Supreme, Il de France or Supreme Brie

Stir together blueberries, vinegar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat slightly. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook for 20 minutes more over low heat, stirring occasionally. Let cool slightly, then remove rosemary stems. Recipe may be doubled or tripled as needed.
