Peachy Yogurt Ambrosia Salad

Swap out the traditional sour cream or whipped topping with vanilla Greek  yogurt for a healthy take on this classic picnic salad. Fresh peaches and blueberries replace canned mandarin oranges to give this salad a fresh summer flavor.

 

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

2 cups bite-size pieces fresh firm but ripe peaches

1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1 (20-oz.) can juice packed pineapple tidbits or chunks, well drained

1 1/2 cups Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt      

 

Stir together peaches, marshmallows, blueberries, coconut and pineapple in a large bowl. Lightly fold in yogurt, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
